This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, communicate with us, or use our administrative and clinic-related services (collectively, the “Services”). OnCall Pain is a healthcare management organization that provides administrative, operational, and compliance support to independently contracted healthcare providers practicing at affiliated clinic locations.

OnCall Pain does not practice medicine or prescribe medications. Medical services are primarily provided through in-person visits by appropriately licensed, board-certified healthcare practitioners who are independently contracted to provide services through OnCall Pain. In limited circumstances, telemedicine services may be offered at the discretion of the provider, when clinically appropriate and permitted by law.

All clinical decisions, including prescribing decisions, are made independently by those providers.

 

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information Automatically Collected

When you visit or interact with our website, we may automatically collect certain technical information that does not directly identify you, including:

If you become a patient at an OnCall Pain clinic, your medical information is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how protected health information is used and disclosed in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

This Privacy Notice applies only to non-clinical personal information and does not replace or modify the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

7. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that information from a minor has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

At this time, our website does not respond to Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) signals. If a standardized DNT framework is adopted, we will update this Privacy Notice accordingly.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted, and the effective date will be updated at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
