Becoming a patient at OnCall Pain involves the following steps:

1. Complete onboarding and payment A one-time onboarding fee of $400 is required. This fee covers the intake process, an initial in-office evaluation, and the first follow-up visit.
   

2. Complete the intake process New patients must complete intake forms to provide basic information and help prepare for the initial evaluation.
   

3. Submit medical history and records Patients are required to provide relevant prior medical records, including prescription history, to allow the provider to conduct a thorough review.
   

4. Attend an in-office evaluation Patients meet in person with an independently contracted, licensed provider to review medical history, discuss goals, and determine whether ongoing care is clinically appropriate.
   

5. Set up payment for ongoing care Autopay enrollment is required for ongoing services to ensure consistent billing and uninterrupted care.

For patients accepted into ongoing care, services are billed at $250 per month. This monthly fee covers regularly scheduled follow-up visits and routine monitoring required as part of ongoing pain medication management.

Any services outside of routine follow-up or standard monitoring, if applicable, will be discussed in advance and may involve additional fees.

At your initial visit, you will meet in person with an independently contracted, licensed provider for a comprehensive evaluation. The provider will review your medical history, prior prescription records, and current symptoms to better understand your clinical needs.

During the visit, treatment goals and expectations will be discussed, and the provider will determine whether ongoing care is clinically appropriate. Recommendations and next steps are based on the provider’s assessment, clinical judgment, and safety considerations.
