Part-time Support Specialist

About the Role: 

  • Kindly respond to patient questions in a timely manner

  • Assist providers with routine administrative tasks

  • Maintain a positive attitude and kindness towards patients and providers at all times

  • Kindly manage calls, texts, emails, faxes and other forms of communication

  • Kindly, clearly and accurately relay information between patients and providers 


  • Experience working as a Medical Assistant

  • EHR experience is a plus

  • Experience in mental healthcare and HIPAA compliance​ 

  • Must have access to professional, quiet, private, well lit space with high speed internet and computer equipment (if working from home)

  • Must be able to work in Tempe, AZ (if working in-office)

  • Must be able to kindly and effectively communicate to patients and team members on all levels

  • Must be efficient and have high attention to detail

  • Must be able to work fully independent 

  • Must be kind, dependable and adaptable
